Main job tasks and Responsibility:
•Responsible for the smooth business operations of the company
•Provide leadership to staffs to achieving company’s goal
•Control and analyze departmental cost to ensure performance is within budget
•Oversee hiring, performance appraisals, counseling, coaching, training, disciplinary action etc.
•Cooperate with the company’s owner to achieve the objectives
•Report to the company’s owner on a monthly basis and more frequent informal discussion
•Other tasks assigned by director
Education and Requirments:
•Good leader and management
•Build good relationship with staffs and customers
•Be effectively communication in English and Khmer
•Be honest, initiative, creativity, high commitment and good interpersonal skills
•At least 3 years of brand manager
